About Caruso’s

It all started in 1967 on Sixth St. in Downtown Cincinnati by my father Rakan Shteiwi, whose mission was authentic Italian food with all fresh and daily prepped ingredients and delivering it with impeccable service from waiters wearing tuxedos, bowties and burgundy jackets.

 

Here we are today in Fairfield, OH, and while we don’t have the tuxedos or bowties, we are still prepping fresh pasta, pizza and pastries daily. Our menu is comprised of traditional Italian dishes, along with some that have a modern twist.

 

Our goal is to create a fun environment for our guests to enjoy our creations whether it be a pasta, pizza, dessert, our craft cocktails or any of our selections on the Caruso’s curated wine list.

 

“WHAT EVER IT TAKES” mentality is the Caruso’s way, whether it be customizing a dish, asking the occasion and acting accordingly,  or even starting a car for a guest in the dead of winter. We are here for YOU.
